Construction began in November 2007 on the Main Building where only six spectacular one-of-a-kind penthouses offer spectacular views and quick access to luxurious public areas. The lobby and restaurant are well underway, as is the beautiful free-form beachfront pool. The Beachfront Towers'' foundations are in place and construction here will begin during Spring 2008. Clearing of select locations in the preserve, including the refurbishment of the original cobblestone pathways is also in progress as is the development of several of the Nature Preserve Villas where spectacular residences will offer deep-water views.
